Any other ideas to keep me from drying up and blowing away?

Badger Balm for your tootsies and Burt's Bee's serum for the delicate skin around your eyes.

Water...cold, clear, sweet water. IMO, one of the few good things about winter is the frigidly cold water that flows from the tap. Winter water tastes better than summer water.

Um, I guess wine is the wrong answer?

AmLactin is THE best moisturizer ever. It used to be prescription, but Costco has it for about $17.

Sounds like you need a little humid. I'm a fan of the Kiss My Face hand creme--grapefruit + bergamot=smells like Fruit Loops and works sooooo well.

I slather myself in lotion, cream, or good, ol' Vaseline then wriggle into my thermal pants and top with socks at bedtime. All the moisturizer has the night to soak into my skin, and I sleep much better without the itching of dry skin. It's essentially an extended version of those little spa gloves and spa socks one can wear during moisturizing treatments.
And the pricier facial moisturizer I use? The remnants on my fingertips are rubbed into my hands so none is wasted.
