and a crew of 450 that slept in two shifts.
They had their meals here too. There was one cook.

When I drove up to Vermont by myself, I came back through Cambridge (though wasn't quite brave enough to try Boston) and I kept seeing signs for Paul Revere's trail. I'd follow it for a little while, but then I'd lose it in some neighborhood. SO frustrating!
Great pics! I always loved the swan boats in Boston. They reminded me of that book Make way For Ducklings. I'll refrain from telling you what the drivers in Boston reminded me of. Glad you had such a wonderful trip!
